The hole opener has different hole diameters and specifications according to different sizes of circles. At the same time, it is divided into standard hole opener and deep load hole opener according to the depth of hole opening. It is installed on electric tools such as electric hand drill, impact drill and rocker drill.

There are two common types: fixed diameter and variable diameter (aircraft type). Variable diameter hole openers are often used for indoor and outdoor decoration.

The fixed diameter hole opener also has ordinary type, impact type and water-cooled type. The water-cooled type is commonly used for wall hole opening with high work efficiency and beautiful opening.

According to material classification: bimetallic hole opener, cemented carbide hole opener and diamond hole opener. Different materials are used to cut different materials. The most commonly used is bimetallic hole opener. It is recommended to use cemented carbide for hard metal materials, and diamond hole opener for easily cracked materials such as glass, carbon fiber and ceramics.
